Virgo Launches Supplyside Beverage Insights

VIRGO unveiled a new website called SupplySide Beverage Insights. Co-founded by beverage industry leader James S. Tonkin, SupplySide Beverage Insights provides beverage developers, producers and marketers with in-depth coverage of science, ingredients, innovations and strategies that drive the beverage market. This includes science-based ingredient and formulation strategies, emerging market and product development opportunities, innovations in packaging, flavor and sweeteners, best practices for building a beverage business and more.

“Based on analyzing our traffic trends and audience engagement on the SupplySide Community and Food Product Design, SupplySide has determined the beverage category needs a destination site," said John Siefert, CEO at VIRGO. “SupplySide Beverage Insights will fill this void with a premium content site led by industry veteran Jim Tonkin."

SupplySide Beverage Insights offers free premium and original content including a rotation of reports focused on issues such as optimizing beverage sweetness while delivering on flavor, video news and analyst desks, digital issues around themes such as health and wellness and energy drinks, galleries digging into new product launches and trends, and much more.

For more than 37 years, Tonkin has served as a private-sector brand product and marketing development professional who builds and designs national infrastructures for food and beverage industry clients.
