US-based Buckeye Brewing will change the name of its Nighty Night winter beer to Night Night due to trademark issue.

The brewery is planning to change the name during the beer's relaunch in early December 2012.

The company will pack the renamed beer in 22-ounce bottles, according to ohio.com.

Buckeye also owns a Buckeye Beer Engine in Lakewood, which released the limited-edition of Belgian-style dark strong ale during 2011.
