Kraft Foods Group and Tim Hortons have partnered to offer Tim Hortons Tassimo T Discs at nearly 3,000 Tim Hortons restaurants, at tassimo.ca and at timhortons.com in Canada just in time for the holiday season.
To celebrate the introduction of Tim Hortons Tassimo T Discs, the Tassimo team will serve 400,000 free Tim Hortons Tassimo coffees across the country between now and the holidays.
Tassimo brewing system offers a range of more than 35 hot beverages. The brewer reads the unique barcode of T Disc and then initiates the required water temperature, water quantity and brew time.
Tim Hortons TASSIMO T DISCs are available in three varieties: premium blend ($8.99), decaf ($9.49) and latte ($10.99). The Tassimo brewing system ranges in price from $79-249.
Premium coffee, espresso-based hot and cold specialty drinks including lattes, cappuccinos and espresso shots, specialty teas, fruit smoothies and home-style soups are some of the items that feature in the menu of Tim Hortons.
As of July 2012, Tim Hortons had 4,071 system-wide restaurants, including 3,326 in Canada, 734 in the US and 11 in the Gulf Cooperation Council.
