Sensient Flavors LLC has developed a line of natural and true-to-type varietal apple flavors that allow manufacturers to create products with multiple apple profiles.
The portfolio was created using Sensient's flavor development technologies, implementing sensory analysis and profiling to ensure flavor quality.
The new apple flavors include Braeburn, Crispin, Fuji, Gala, Golden Delicious, Granny Smith, Honeycrisp, Jonathan, McIntosh and Red Delicious.
