Skinnygirl Cocktails, a brand of Deerfield, Ill.-based Beam Inc., has partnered with the Dress for Success organization to launch the Inspire Like a Lady campaign, which is designed to encourage people to join the cause and help support and inspire women everywhere through inspirational messages that answer the simple question, “Who has inspired you today?”

Skinnygirl Cocktails donated $150,000 to Dress for Success to kick off the partnership and celebrate the organization’s efforts to provide professional attire and career development tools to women around the world. In addition to this donation, Skinnygirl Cocktails will donate $1 to Dress for Success up to $100,000 for every inspirational story or message posted on its Facebook page.

“Skinnygirl Cocktails is extremely excited and honored to support an organization that empowers women by offering them the tools needed to succeed in work and in life,” said Megan Frank, director of Skinnygirl Cocktails, in a statement. “Our partnership with Dress for Success will celebrate the inspirations that have helped women become who they are and hopefully encourage them to help and support others.”

Joi Gordon, chief executive officer of Dress for Success, voiced the organization’s gratitude for the partnership in a statement, saying: “We are beyond thrilled to be partnering with Skinnygirl Cocktails for the Inspire Like a Lady campaign that encourages people to share their stories to inspire others and honor those who have supported them. With their help, we will continue to help disadvantaged women attain economic independence, build and sustain rewarding careers, and grow into leaders.”
