Beer Baroness will launch its first beer on 13 December 2012 at Pomeroy's On Kilmore, New Zealand.
The 4.3% abv beer has been brewed by brewer Joseph Wood from Liberty Brewing.
The chocolate beer also contains cinnamon, pepper, nutmeg and coriander.
The beer, a Summer Stout, will be available in limited quantities at selected craft beer bars across the country.
Beer Baroness owner Ava Wilson said, "It's a delicious stout with the lightness that comes with a touch of spice."
The brewery is also planning to release another beer before 2012 with the help of Epic Beer's head brewer Luke Nicholas.
