Swiss chocolatier Lindt & Sprüngli has announced the launch of Lindor Caramel truffles and the Excellence Wasabi and Excellence Strawberry bars.
According to the company, the new Lindor Caramel truffle is a milk chocolate shell filled with caramel, which enrobes a smooth caramel milk chocolate center; Excellence Wasabi features 47% cocoa dark chocolate with a brown color and spiced with a hint of wasabi flavor.
Excellence Strawberry bars also feature features 47% cocoa dark chocolate with a brown color fruit aroma, enhanced with naturally sweet strawberry pieces.
With the addition of Caramel, Lindor truffles are now available in 16 flavors including the classic Milk Chocolate and Dark Chocolate, to Hazelnut, Peanut Butter and Stracciatella.
Meanwhile, the company has also unveiled Valentine's Day collection. Filled with Lindor Gift Hearts and other premium chocolate, the gift baskets are priced at more than $75.
The 3.5oz. Excellence bars, Lindor Caramel and Valentine's Day products are available at retail outlets across the US.
Lindt & Sprungli, established in 1845, operates eight production facilities in Europe and the US and has 7,700 employees globally. It operates more than 60 retail stores in the US.
