Diageo set to launch Gordon’s-based gin products in UK

British distillery Diageo has lined up the launch of a new range of Gordon’s-based gin products for the UK market in March.

The products include Gordon's Crisp Cucumber and two premix Ready to Drink (RTD) expressions - Gordon's & Tonic with a hint of cucumber, and Gordon's & Tonic with a dash of elderflower.

Gordon's Crisp Cucumber is a blend of Original Gordon's London Dry Gin and natural flavors of cucumber. It has an ABV of 37.5% and is designed to be consumed along with tonic water.

Gordon's Crisp Cucumber will be available in a 700ml bottle format, while the RTD expressions - Gordon's & Tonic with a hint of cucumber and Gordon's & Tonic with a dash of elderflower will come in a pre-mixed can formats.

Each 700ml bottle of Gordon's Crisp Cucumber will be sold at recommended retail price of £15.49. The RTD expressions will be priced at £1.85 per can.

The launch of the new range will be supported by a £1m marketing campaign.

Gordon's flavored gin range will also be launched in Spain, Portugal, the Canary Islands, Greece, Netherlands and Belgium in April.
