Muller Quaker Dairy, a joint venture between PepsiCo and the Theo Müller, is expanding the Muller yogurt brand into more US cities in the Mid-Atlantic, Great Lakes and Southeast regions, including Chicago, Atlanta, Cincinnati and Tampa.
Muller Quaker Dairy chief executive officer Sam Lteif said that with fresh flavors and unique mix-ins, Muller yogurt is a great tasting and a completely new concept for enjoying yogurt.
"Europeans have loved Muller yogurt for years, now we are seeing Americans enjoy something that is truly delicious and fun to eat," Lteif added.
Muller yogurt is now available at major grocery retailers for suggested retail prices of $.99 for Muller FrutUp and $1.29 for Muller Corner and Muller Greek Corner.
Muller Quaker Dairy stated that all Muller yogurts are made from reduced-fat, grade A milk and they offer nutrients such as calcium and protein, as well as 130-220 calories per serving.
Muller Corner is made with low-fat yogurt featuring a side compartment for customer selected toppings. Yogurt varieties include Blueberry, Strawberry, Crispy Crunch, Choco Balls, Choco Flakes and Crunchy Granola.
Muller Greek Corner is made with low-fat Greek yogurt and comes in a range of flavors including Strawberry, Honeyed Apricot, Blackberry & Raspberry, and Caramelized Almonds. Muller FrutUp offers low-fat yogurt that is topped with a layer of fruit mousse and is available in Blueberry Bliss, Luscious Lemon, Peach Passion Fruit, Radiant Raspberry, Very Cherry and Splendid Strawberry variants.
