Musgrave Retail Partners, a UK-based establishment, is recalling SuperValu Tuna and Sweetcorn Sandwiches as they contain prawns that are not mentioned as an ingredient on the label.

The products associated with the recall include SuperValu Tuna and Sweetcorn Sandwich with a Use by date 8 March 2013.

The recall has been initiated after one batch code of the above mentioned product has been found to contain prawns. No other SuperValu products are associated with the recall and Customer notices will be displayed in Budgens and Londis stores.

Consumption of the recalled product may cause health risk in people allergic to prawns and other crustaceans.
