Ducktrap River, a division of Marine Harvest, has been running its all-natural smokehouse in Maine since 1977. SQF is a globally-recognized certification for retailers and foodservice providers. Level 3 certification shows compliance with food safety standards and a verified program for ensuring consistent product quality.
