Rudi’s Organic Bakery has introduced Rudi’s Organic Super Seeded and Sprouted bread.
The Super Seeded bread varieties are certified organic by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and contain 4 grams of protein, 15 to 17 grams of whole grains and 2 grams of fiber with omega-3 fatty acids.
The organic Sprouted bread varieties are made with 85% organic ingredients and contain 17 to 19 grams of whole grains, 3 grams of fiber and 5 grams of protein.
