Copestick Murray, a UK-based business that brings drinks companies into direct relationships with global retailers, is set to launch wines from I Heart Wines brand in 187ml bottle format in the UK on-trade.
The range of wines that will be available in the new packaging include Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Zinfandel Rosé, Merlot and Shiraz.
These wines will be initially available in the on-trade through selected Greene King and Belhaven pubs.
I Heart Wines brand manager Rachel Archer was quoted by Harpers as saying that the company is happy to add a new bottle format to the range for on-trade and other new sectors.
"The Greene King and Belhaven competition we will be running is in-keeping with the brand being fun and light-hearted and it will be great to engage with consumers in this way," Archer added.
"The brand is going from strength to strength and this new launch is building on the success of the current convenience and multiples channels, as well as opening up travel retail, outdoor events and sports grounds."
To support the launch, I Heart will run a range of point of sale and beer mats, and will also promote the brand at featured pubs through social media.
