Cameron Hughes Wine, an American negociant that produces, imports and distributes ultra-premium wines, has added a new vintage 2011 New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc - Greenlip - to its portfolio.
The name Greenlip is derived from New Zealand Green Lip mussel found in Cook Strait waters.
The fruity wine possesses characteristics of grapefruit, gooseberry and passion fruit with lime zest flavor.
Greenlip is offered in a vibrant packaging that includes Stelvin closure with a gradated color from C&E, and a label, produced by Collotype, with 12 ink passes to reflect silver and green colors of Greenlip mussel.
The wine is available for purchase at local retail shops throughout the nation and online at www.chwine.com at suggested retail price of $15 per 750ml bottle.
Greenlip is also available in wine kegs that offer 26 bottles of wines. It is the only New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc to be offered in a wine keg, claims the company.
