This artisan, hand-held, Greek spinach-and-feta-cheese pocket earned a 2013 Food and Beverage Innovation Award from the National Restaurant Association.
Kiki’s Gluten Free Foods LLC says its Kiki’s SpinachFeta Pockets are made with non-GMO, gluten-free flour; organic sweet-cream butter; cage-free eggs; extra-virgin Greek olive oil; and imported Greek “barrel” feta made from a blend of 70% sheep’s milk and 30% goat’s milk.
The pockets -- including a 5.5oz entrée size -- also are soy-free and contain no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives. Kiki’s offers individually wrapped pockets in ready-to-bake parchment paper, or they come in a dual-ovenable CPET tray for freezer-to-oven convenience.
