800PIZZA, a Dubai-bsed Italian restaurant chain, is set to begin its franchising operations in the Middle-East in order to drive future expansion in the region.
Established in 2006, 800PIZZA was opened as a tiny pizza outlet in Dubai's Al Barsha and later opened additional branches in the Dubai Marina, Downtown Dubai, Motor City, and Ibn Battuta Mall.
800PIZZA founder Alessandro D'Ubaldo told ameinfo that the company has been receiving a very consistent demand for franchising since its early days in 2007.
"We are now getting a flurry of inquiries from all over the Middle-East however it is about having a substantial experience in the F&B industry that really matters the most," D'Ubaldo added.
Recently, the company partnered with FRANCORPME, a franchising consultant in the region and a subsidiary of the US-based Francorp, to assist with a top standard Franchise Program development such as: Structure Report, Legal documents, Franchise Operations Manual and a comprehensive Marketing Plan.
