VOSS Water, a bottled water company, has selected Sweden-based Palette to install an advanced cloud-based invoice management solution - PaletteOnline.

With PaletteOnline, Voss Water aims to streamline invoice handling and enhance efficiency across its international operations.

PaletteOnline helps to automate checking, authorization and processing of invoices received annually by VOSS Water to create a paperless processing and archiving system across its organization.

It enables authorized staff to approve invoices to access their workflow from smartphones or any device with an internet connection.

Invoices will be fed into VOSS Water's Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP system and scheduled for payment when they are fully authorized.

Voss Water finance director Geannette Rodriguez-Ojeda was quoted by foodbev.com as saying that they have changed their current invoice processing solution for flexibility in the way that the company's staff access their workflows and approvals, to give the company overall control and analysis of the financial position.

"We expect that PaletteOnline will give us that flexibility, and the functionality to support our current and future needs," Rodriguez-Ojeda added.

The bottled water producer also plans to trial the use of the PaletteBuyer purchasing management and PaletteExpense modules to help further automate its financial operations.
