Mazza Chautauqua Cellars, a New York-based winery, has relocated its facility to a new Westfield site to make room for its expanded craft distilling operation of Five & 20 Spirits brand.

The new location in Westfield will house both the grain-to-glass distillery and Mazza Chautauqua Cellars Wines.

For the new distillery, Five & 20 Spirits, the company has installed the hand-crafted copper pot still, imported from Germany.

The distillery will use the still to produce small-batch products like brandy. The distillery will grow the grains on-site and will make it a grain-to-glass operation.

The new facility is environment friendly and features geo-thermal heating and cooling methods, energy-efficient lighting, and recycled materials.

Mazza Chautauqua Cellarssaid that its original location in Mayville will continue to operate as a tasting room and cafe.
