Tiare Technology, a US-based pioneer of wireless ordering technology, has installed the Wireless WineList solution at Pot Roast & Pinot.
The iPad menu solution will display the restaurant's 200-bottle wine list which focuses primarily on pinot noir wines from across the world, the company said.
Tiare claims that the Wireless WineList application, by using patented technology, enables the users to easily view and order wines using an Apple iPad tablet and Tiare's proprietary software.
The application will also help the customers in sorting the wines to display by region, varietal, price range or other categories.
Pot Roast & Pinot co-owner Aimée Wilson said that unlike other tablet systems on the market, Tiare's system provides a comprehensive and powerful way for the restaurant's guests to experience its wine program through a simple interface that any guest can navigate.
"We are thrilled that this product reduces our costs and time spent on updating a traditional wine list, and gives us a platform to increase our revenue through wine sales," added Wilson.
