Ugo Foods, a UK-based chilled pasta producer, is set to launch first pink-colored fresh pasta in partnership with retailer Waitrose, as part of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Offered in a 250g pack that serves two, the special edition Beetroot and Goats' Cheese Fiorelli with pomegranate and mint is first Fiorelli pasta produced by Dell'Ugo seasonal pastas range.
Ugo Foods head of marketing Helena Jevons said, "With this new range, we've created a line of exciting and innovative quality pastas that offer the consumer something delicious, seasonal and unique."
"We aim to do with this new pasta range what Covent Garden Soup Company have done with their 'Flavour of the Month'," Jevons added.
The Beetroot and Goats' Cheese Fiorelli will be available from 4 October to 4 December in Waitrose stores across the country for £3.49.
