Core Tip: Stoneleigh’s famed Sauvignon Blanc has successfully taken home three top awards this year at prestigious wine shows across the globe.
Located in the heStoneleighart of the famed Marlborough wine region of New Zealand, Stoneleigh has grown from strength to strength as its Sauvignon Blanc continues to gain strong international recognition as well as further cement its sterling reputation within the Australian and New Zealand markets.

The Stoneleigh Sauvignon Blanc 2012 was awarded the Sauvignon Blanc International Trophy at Asia’s largest wine competition, the Decanter Asia Wine Awards 2013 - making it the only New Zealand wine to be awarded an International trophy.

Stoneleigh’s 2013 vintage also received a Top 100 Blue-Gold award at the Sydney International Wine Competition 2014, placing in the top five percent of wine shown at the competition.

In addition, the Stoneleigh Latitude Sauvignon Blanc 2013 and the Stoneleigh Rapaura Series Sauvignon Blanc 2013 were both awarded the ‘Pure Gold’ award at New Zealand’s premier wine competition, the Air New Zealand Wine Awards 2013.

The award winning winery credits it success to the pristine conditions of the Rapaura sub-region in the north side of the Wairau Valley in Marlborough, where the grapes develop their rich, intense, award winning flavours.

Stoneleigh’s winemaking team have hailed the 2013 growing season to be one of the best on record, and hopes to add more awards to their trophy cabinet before the season in out.
