Frontier Beverage Company Inc. subsidiary Blue 22 Entertainment Inc. announced today that it has signed a Joint Venture Agreement with Starzz Live for the formation of a Live Event Production Company for the production of live events in the Southern United States.
The new entity, to launch in January, 2014 will focus on the production of live concert events, festivals, tours and co-promotions in the R&B, Rock and Country genres with a focus on the Southern United States.

Our new venture will produce Live Events in the Southern US with a focus on R&B, Rock and Country music. The key to our business model is to partner with Concert Promoters and Entertainment Professionals on a global basis either via acquisitions, joint ventures and partnerships. As we do so, it will enhance our revenue potential and profits as well as we can offer global opportunities to artist, sponsors and investors.
