This two-day event at Gallus Ferd. Rüesch AG in St.Gallen was all about finishing high-end wine labels. During live demonstrations, numerous potential customers were able to see for themselves the many different performance features of the Gallus TCS 250 label press in combination with inline flat bed hot foil embossing on a Pantec RHINO™.
The wine label being printed in the live demonstration impressed with its special haptic properties and a sophisticated design incorporating spot colours and gold embossing. The modular inline concept of the Gallus TCS 250 with its different printing methods (e.g. offset, flexographic and screen printing) and variety of finishing options combines perfectly with the Pantec RHINO™ to deliver optimum printing quality. This makes the label press the production resource of choice when label printing needs to meet the highest demands in terms of both design and quality.
The live demonstration of the Gallus TCS 250 in combination with the Pantec RHINO™ attracted a large number of interested visitors.
Having watched the machine demonstrations, visitors had the opportunity to discuss the latest products, developments and possible solutions in label printing with experts from both Gallus and Pantec and their fellow label printers while enjoying some snacks and a glass of fine wine.
Christof Naier, Vice president Sales & Marketing at Gallus, has the following to say about the event: “The great interest and positive feedback of our participants, in particular from traditional wine-growing areas such as Italy and France, clearly demonstrates the importance of such an event. The “Gallus Wine Days” offered the ideal occasion for cultivating existing customer contacts and obtaining new ones. Now more than ever, ensuring customer proximity and transferring the necessary know-how are key features of our company culture. With the “Gallus Wine Days” we have created an ideal platform for this.”
