The market value of Savory & Deli Food products in Turkey will record a year-over-year growth of 4.12% by 2017, finds a report by Canadean.
According to the report titled, "The Future of the Savory & Deli Foods Market in Turkey to 2017," the market will witness a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 3.97% during 2012-2017, with major contribution coming from the category Pies & Savory Appetisers at 5.81%.
During 2007-2012, the market registered 3.68% CAGR growth in value, of which Pies & Savory Appetisers category's share was 5%.
Category wise, Prepared Salads, Cured Meats, Fermented Meats, Pates, Pre-Packed Sandwiches and Savory Baked Goods will grow at 4.24%, 4.01%, 4.00%, 3.81%, 2.96% and 1.84% CAGRs, respectively, in the forecasted period, said the report.
In terms of volume, the market is predicted to rise 3.8% year-over-year by 2017. Per-capita consumption of Savory & Deli Food products would rise 2.73%.
