British beverage can maker Rexam has been selected by iced tea brand MangaJo to offer 330ml cans for MangaJo Sparkling Pressé - a range of lightly carbonated green tea beverages.
Manufactured at Rexam's Milton Keynes plant, the aluminum cans will see MangaJo switch from glass to an aluminum format for the first time.
MangaJo co-founder Alex Hannon said that MangaJo's new Sparkling Pressé is very different to current carbonated drinks in the market and it is important that the company's pack reflects this.
"We are delighted with the result and particularly impressed with the way that a global company like Rexam, is able to work so dynamically with smaller brands to deliver market leading products," added Hannon.
The MangaJo Sparkling Pressé beverages are currently available in Sicilian Lemon & Green Tea and Mediterranean Pomegranate & Green Tea flavors at Waitrose and Whole Foods stores.
