Delaware-based Dogfish Head Brewery, who’s been at the forefront of interesting beer creations, has unveiled a new beer with a spicy kick.

Part of its Music Series collection, the brewery collaborated with musician Julianna Barwick to create a hoppy IPA infused with wasabi.

The ale is called Rosabi, described by Dogfish Head on its blog as “a combination of Munich and Caramel malts and a touch of red rice from Julianna’s home state of Louisiana. Citrusy Simcoe and Centennial feed Julianna’s love of hops, and the star of the show is her go-to ingredient: wasabi … The Japanese root adds bittering and herbal notes similar to hops, with its subtle heat creeping in after the kick of carbonation.”

The limited-run beer will be packaged with a 10-inch record of original songs from the psychfolk legend that she composed using sounds from Dogfish Head’s brewery.

Dogfish Head president Sam Calagione invited Barwick to come up with the songs inspired by the sounds of the brewing process, sounds like the grain belt and the drone of the whirlpool.

Dogfish Head has previously bottled beers inspired by Miles Davis (Bitches Brew) and Robert Johnson (Hellhound On My Ale) and collaborated with Pearl Jam (Faithfull Ale) and Bonnie Prince Billy (Sixty-One).

Rosabi will be available starting June 1.
