TUTTOFOOD TUTTOFOODis Fiera Milano's agri-food fair, a highly successful event held every two years. Drawing on Italy's rich culinary tradition, the exhibition brings together large and small producers from across the food industry to create a wonderful global showcase for quality that reaches all distribution channels.

The next TUTTOFOOD, from 3 to 6 May 2015, will offer up a wondrously diverse array of products presented in small sections focusing on product types.

TUTTOFOOD's vast assortment of areas covers: Dairy Products; Meat and Cured Meats; Confectionary, including DolceItalia; Out of Home; Frozen Food; Oil Arena (run by UNAPROL, the Italian Olive Consortium, the focus is on quality olives); Seafood, including Regioni del Mare; Green Good, where organic food is king along with a range of vegan, vegetarian, baby and other "free from" foodstuffs; Cereal Based Products (barley, rice, wheat, corn, farro and so on); Mixed Products; and Vending, including Venditalia, organised by CONFIDA, the Italian vending association.

It is amazing the heights TUTTOFOOD has reached in just five years, but in 2015 it will soar even more boldly, especially as it will literally run over the same few days as the inauguration of Expo 2015, the universal exposition to be hosted in Milan on the theme of food.

So, put 3 to 6 May in your diary to make sure you are part of the next chapter of TUTTOFOOD in Italy, the world's international food exhibition.
