Fenchem has announced that it will launch a kind of plant protein: rice protein. Rice Protein is an ideal plant protein produced with combined-enzyme methods from brown rice. It is a supplemental source of dietary protein for vegetarians and/or vegans who cannot use animal proteins.

Containing 9 essential amino acids, it provides excellent amino acids profile to build muscle, strength & aiding in exercise recovery. Being allergen and lactose free, it may also a good choice for individuals with dairy, soy and/or gluten allergies and lactose intolerance. Like other protein sources, rice protein can assist in weight loss or weight management, with the advantage of being very low fat and low calorie.

Rice protein has a high NPU (net protein utilization) and BV (biological value) than any other vegetable protein source which means that this is absorbed by the human body better than a pea protein or wheat protein for example.

Rice protein is likely cheaper than many of the proteins on the market. The price range on this product is also much less than soy and whey.

Fenchem can provide 60-80% protein, both food and feed grade available. We believe this product has an enormous potential as it responds to a lot of customer’s demands: gluten and lactose free, hypoallergeic, suitable for vegetarians, low fat and low calorie

Other plant proteins are also provided by Fenchem, such as pea protein, chlorella protein and spirulina protein.
