Premium chocolatier Lindt USA has added a new lemon bar, Lindt EXCELLENCE, to its dark chocolate collection.
The new chocolate combines silky dark chocolate with the taste of lemon and the crunch of almond slivers, according to the company.
Lindt master chocolatier Ann Czaja said the new bar tantalizes the five senses with its vibrant citrus flavor, smooth dark chocolate and crunch of almond slivers.
"We're excited to share this new fruit innovation, offering consumers a refreshing and palate-pleasing experience just in time for summer," Czaja added.
In addition to Target and Lindt Chocolate Shops, the 3.5 oz. Lindt EXCELLENCE Lemon bar will be available at retail locations nationwide from next week.
The company will exhibit the new bar at the 2014 FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen, which will be held from 20 to 22 June, 2014.
