As an initiative to invest in and support emerging entrepreneurs, the new food incubator will have a commercial kitchen and office space.
The project will also offer a six-month programme to provide collaboration with the Chobani leadership team along with classes and training sessions.
Through this effort, Chobani expects to offer direct access to top chefs and food leaders in the industry, facilitating contacts with its extensive network.
Chobani founder and CEO Hamdi Ulukaya said: "Today we're opening our doors to entrepreneurs who share our vision for better food for tomorrow -- food that's natural and affordable.
"Making a product the right way is not always easy, but we've proven that the model works. I'm excited to work with entrepreneurs who share our goal and who can benefit from our experience."
The programme is also expected to provide a platform for the entrepreneurs to present them to the leading food distributors and retailers, the company stated.
In December 2014, Chobani will open the call for pitches from interested entrepreneurs and will select 10 companies to join the first round.
