Bee Sweet Citrus in Fowler, one of the San Joaquin Valley’s leading citrus growers and packers, is expanding its line of organic citrus.
Company president Jim Marderosian said that while the company has been providing organic lemons to its customers for about five years, the demand for organic products is growing.
This year, the company will be adding navel oranges, grapefruit and mandarins to its organic citrus. It also produces conventionally grown oranges, lemons, grapefruit, pummelos, mandarins and tangelos.
