"The colour of the label changes to differentiate the different varieties that we have," explains Florence Feraud, manager at EARL FERAUD F. The varieties that stand out the most are the Ciflorette and the Gariguette, which are sold in 250 gram containers; a quite affordable format for small family units.
 
By doing it on a small scale, while being in charge of both production and packing, results in the final price not becoming too expensive. This allows you to change and improve the presentation from time to time without too much trouble. "The latest pack, for example, was revised quite recently, so I do not foresee imminent changes this season. But I like changing and regularly updating my products; it allows me to revitalise them," comments Feraud.
