More net product in the truck
The Field Loader 240 is a compact, standalone machine which, as well as the high cleaning capacity, has the following characteristics: suitable for road transport, a 4 part drainage elevator with a large swivelling range and a built in, quiet, diesel generator.
The high cleaning capacity of the Field Loader 240 makes it possible to load more net product in the trucks. Transport vehicles are optimally filled with product which lowers the chance of fines when supplying potatoes from the field directly to factories.
The Field Loader 240 is compact and suitable for road transport. The optionally steered axis means the machine can turn even more (20°). The machine can be used quickly on the field. The Field Loader 240 is fitted with five hydraulic support legs, which ensure the stability needed. The integrated, swivelling waste belt is easy to unfold to the desire position. This means that soil and waste which has been sifted out can be moved to a central location next to the machine.
High cleaning capacity
The bunker floor and the roll unit, known from the MH dumping bunkers, ensure a constant flow of product and the necessary cleaning. The 10 cleaning rolls ensure a large cleaning capacity. The opening between the rolls can be electrically set. The optional Smart-Pin ensures that the cleaning of the spiral rolls is done continually, so that the cleaning result of the product is constant. The reading table has space for two people.
Handy, product friendly drainage elevator
The wide, 4 part and product friendly drainage elevator of the Field Loader 240 has a large swivelling range of 120° (60 left and 60 right) and can reach deep into a truck. Active side walls and soft entrainers ensure the product isn't damaged. If the drainage elevator is placed at too steep an angle, the entire loading combine automatically turns off to prevent falling product. The large powering wheels at the top of the drainage elevator ensure swift unloading in all conditions. The drainage elevator was also built extra robust to guarantee sustainability and reliability.
A real standalone loading combine
With the optional built in diesel generator the Field Loader 240 can be used anywhere. The quiet generator (max 80 dB) can also simply be disconnected so it can be used for other applications. The Field Loader 240 can also be added to the electricity network and has a low energy consumption.
