Ethiopian Airlines flight B777 left Addis Ababa and arrived at Zhengzhou International Airport at 12:36 on November 17th, 2018. The plane carried 101 tons of fresh Chilean cherries. This flight marks the official opening of an intercontinental freight route between Zhengzhou and South America via Africa.
After this successful first flight Ethiopian Airlines plans 12 more flights between November 17th and December 19th, 2018. These flights will mainly carry fresh Chilean cherries.
