KPS Capital Partners, which owns NAB is planning to close the sale in the fourthquarter of 2012 and anticipates a profit more than 9 times on the investment made by it on NAB.

NAB products include Genesee, Labatt beer, Honey Brown Lager, Magic Hat and Pyramid.

KPS was formed NAB in February 2009 when it bought the Labatt brands in the US for an undisclosed price from Anheuser-Busch InBev.

Cerveceria Costa Rica is a unit of Florida Ice and Farm Co.
