MacDuff International, a Scotland-based producer of Scotch whiskies, together with Massachusetts-based retailer of wines and spirits MS Walker has rolled out a new spirit - Grand Macnish 15 Year Old Blended Scotch Whiskey.
Developed by MacDuff International master blender Gilmour Burnet, the whiskey is a blend of over 30 Highland and Speyside malts and grain whiskies, which are aged in oak casks for at least 15 years each. The blend is then finished and married for four months in high grade Sherry casks that were previously used to mature Spanish sherry.
The Grand Macnish 15yo Sherry Cask edition possesses sweet aromas with smooth and fruity character and toffee finish.
The 15yo Sherry Cask is now available in various US states at a suggested retail price of $35.99.
Grand Macnish 15yo Blended Scotch Whiskey joins Grand Macnish family of products comprising of 150th Anniversary Edition and 12 Year Dual-Cask Aged blends.
