High Liner Foods announced the edition of two products to its Viking Natural Tilapia line.
Timed to coincide with Lent (13 February to 30 March), the new Viking products include Basil Pesto Tilapia and Baja Seasoned Tilapia.
Both products are comprised of natural cuts from cage-grown tilapia and are available in 3 to 4-ounce servings for the foodservice market. Both also offer low sodium levels.
