Sormac will be present at the Fruit Logistica in Berlin once again this year. The crew is ready to keep all contacts and interested parties informed of the various developments. This year there will be a chef at the stand again, to prepare culinary recipes with vegetables processed on the Sormac machines. An orange carrot ice cream has even been developed especially for Sormac.

The first premium potato vodka made from the King Edward & Lady Clair potato variety, which grows in the wet, fertile ground of Herefordshire. The potatoes that form the base of this soft, naturally sweet and creamy flavour, are peeling of the Sormac CRP 12 role scraper.
