Seattle's Best Coffee, a wholly owned subsidiary of Starbucks, has partnered with specialty foods manufacturer Inventure Foods to unveil blend-at-home frozen coffee beverage line - Seattle’s Best Coffee Frozen Coffee Blends - in spring 2013.
Seattle's Best Coffee Frozen Coffee Blends are created from 100% arabica coffee beans and available in Coffee Chiller, Creamy Caramel, Very Vanilla and Mega Mocha flavors.
The new line of coffees are sans trans-fats and offer just 9g of sugar and 130cal per serving.
Inventure Foods chief executive officer Terry McDaniel said, "This exclusive agreement with Seattle's Best Coffee further underscores our position as a leading innovator in the specialty food and frozen beverage segments."
Seattle's Best Coffee brand management vice president Jennifer Dimaris said, "The demand for blended coffee is heating up, and we're ready to help coffee drinkers cool off with a Seattle's Best Coffee-quality beverage in the comfort of their own homes."
Each coffee blend will be sold in an 8oz stand-up vertical packaging with a suggested retail price ranging from $2.99-3.49.
