MYLAR COOK is a thermoformable film material that has been developed for the preparation of food products such as fish and seafood at high temperatures ranging up to 218 °C in its sealed package.The packaging concept is claimed to retain the aromas, vitamins, minerals and inherent moisture of the product during the cooking process and the constant heat transfer during the cooking phases reduces cooking time by up to 30%.
Some of the features of MYLAR COOK film include self-contained cooking system, leak-proof seals, high degree of puncture resistance.
