Happy Bitch Wines (HBW), a woman-owned and focused wine brand, is set to expand its wine portfolio with the addition of two new wines, Sauvignon Blanc and Pink Chardonnay, in June 2013.
The two new wines will follow the November 2011 launch of the semi-sweet Rose wine.
Both Sauvignon Blanc and Pink Chardonnay are sourced from Maule Valley, Chile and will be bottled in the US.
The Sauvignon Blanc possesses topical notes, soft acidity and hint of lime. It is a balanced wine without any grapefruity or grassy character.
The Pink Chardonnay is a blend of 96% un-oaked Chardonnay and 4% Cabernet Sauvignon. It offers flavors of green apple and hints of red berry.
HBW co-founder Debbie Gioquindo, CSW said their Facebook fans, Twitter followers and women met in person have been asking them to bring more wines.
"We've taken their requests and input, held multiple tasting trials and are so excited to now offer these two new wines," she added.
HBW co-founder and author Keryl Pesce said, "Adding a splash of Cabernet Sauvignon to the Chardonnay not only creates a great tasting wine and pretty pink color, it's just more fun."
The two wines will initially be available for purchase in New Jersey from June 2013 through its distributor Shorepoint Distributing Company. They will later be rolled out in New York State through Empire Merchants North from July 2013.
Both the wines will be priced in between $10.99-12.99.
