Blavod Wines & Spirits, a UK-based spirits producer, has selected Hi-Spirits to distribute its brand in the UK and Ireland.
Effective from June 2013, Hi-Spirits will distribute Blavod portfolio, including Blavod Original Black Vodka, Blackwood's Gin, Antica Sambuca, RedLeg Spiced Rum and Hapsburg Absinthe, in on- and off-trade markets, wholesale and duty-free sectors.
Hi-Spirits chairman Jeremy Hill was quoted by Harpers as saying that the Blavod range is a great strategic fit with their own brand portfolio, and this partnership enables them to deliver an even more compelling offer to their customers.
"We're looking forward to working closely with the Blavod team to grow distribution of both their existing range, and other exciting products currently in development," Hill added.
Blavod Wines & Spirits' portfolio also includes other spirits such as Nordic Vodka, Diva Vodka and Jago's Cream liqueur.
