Monogram Food Solutions, LLC plans to hire at least 100 workers after securing new business at its Martinsville meat snacks plant.
The company said it would be hiring over the next six weeks with the goal of being fully staffed by the end of July. Monogram held a job fair June 15 to kick off its hiring campaign. Local media reports state that more than 200 people attended the event and open house held at the plant.
Monogram is a Memphis, Tenn.-based maker of value-added processed meats. The company has processing facilities in Tennessee, Minnesota and Indiana in addition to Virginia.
