Monogram Food Solutions is offering Maple Glazed Bacon Jerky with 45 percent less fat than pan-fried bacon.
Sweet Maple Glazed Bacon Jerky is now available under Trail’s Best, Wild Bill’s, Johnsonville and Bass Pro Uncle Buck’s brands in re-sealable pouches. The new bacon jerky and Monogram's original Hickory Smoked Bacon Jerky are available in 2.5 oz. – 3 oz. size packages and retail for a suggested price of $4.99 -$6.99 in a variety of caddies, shippers, power wings and clip strip merchandising options, according to the company.
