UK-based shortbread manufacturer Paterson Arran has added Clotted Cream Shortbread Fingers, and a new Shortbread and Biscuit Assortment to its existing product line under Paterson’s brand.
The new packs - Paterson's Clotted Cream Shortbread Fingers 300g, Paterson's Shortbread and Biscuit Assortment 185g complement the company's Shortbread range and will be available in more than 300 Asda stores from 22 June.
Paterson Arran produces a range of shortbread and oatcake products under the Paterson's brand, biscuits under the Cafe Bront? and Bront? brands, and a range of mustard, chutney and jam under the Arran brand.
Paterson Arran owns and operates two facilities. The Paterson, Cafe Bront? and Bront? brands are produced at 'Royal Burgh Bakery' in Livingston, West Lothian, while Arran mustard, chutney and jam are manufactured at the Old Mill, Lamlash, on the island of Arran.
