Franklin Foods announced what it claims is the launch of the industry’s first Greek Spreadable Cheese. Made with a combination of farm fresh dairy and Greek yogurt, Green Mountain Farms Greek Spreadable Cheese is made in small batches in Enosburg Falls, Vermont. Green Mountain Farms Greek Spreadable Cheese promises three times the protein and 50% less fat than traditional spreadable cheese, plus live and active cultures.
Available in Cucumber Garlic, Garlic & Herb, Roasted Red Pepper and Sundried Tomato, the patented formula results in a rich, decadent flavor.
