Rich, creamy cheesecake batter is infused with Nielsen-Massey single-source Madagascar vanilla bean paste, then baked in a fluted vanilla crumb crust and topped with house-made vanilla pastry cream, swirls of vanilla mousse and a sprinkling of vanilla crumb around the edge. It comes in a 9-inch round, pre-sliced to serve 14 people and is certified kosher dairy.
