Boyden Valley Winery and Spirits, a Vermont-based producer of wines and cream liqueurs, has added new spirits - Vermont Ice Apple and Maple Crème Liqueurs - to its portfolio of craft spirits.

Craft distilled in small batches, the cream liqueurs are produced by combining apple brandy made from the handpicked Vermont apples with premium Ice Cider and Vermont estate maple syrup.

The liqueurs can be consumed on the rock, with coffee or can be used to make cocktails.

Boyden Valley Winery and Spirits owner David Boyden said it was really quite simple, they had two goals in mind when they decided to enter the spirits market - to be the first craft distiller in the US to specialize in cream liqueurs, and to produce the best quality all natural cream liqueurs anyone has ever tasted.

"People are really blown away, they just haven't seen this kind of quality in cream liqueurs before. The flavors that come through from the Vermont Ice Cider and maple syrup are just truly amazing," Boyden added.

Each 750ml bottle of liqueurs can now be purchased at select liquor stores in New England or online at http://www.boydenvalley.com for manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) of $27.99 for Vermont Ice Maple Crème Liqueur and $29.99 for Vermont Ice Apple Crème Liqueur.

Boyden Valley will expand the distribution of the cream liqueurs across the country in September 2013.
