There will also be the companies master butchery lines including; the award-winning 28 day Dry Aged Tomahawk steaks; Dry Aged Wing Rib Steak; Dry Aged Fillet Steak; Dry-Aged Ribeye Steak; a selection of Dry Cured Craft Bacon; and Dry Aged Boneless Lamb Rack with Marrow Melt.
Experienced Kettyle Irish Foods butchers led by Ian McKernaghan and Duane Kille are managing the concession and are happy to share their exceptional product knowledge with customers who are looking for help and guidance in their choice of meats.
