Kettyle Irish Foods opens first retail outlet in Tesco, Enniskillen

In a braKettyle Irish Foodsnd new move for the Fermanagh based company, Kettyle has opened a dedicated counter in-store offering its full range of quality and affordable lines including burgers and sausages and their Irish Food Writers Guild Award winning Free Range Chicken. There will also be the companies master butchery lines including; the award-winning 28 day Dry Aged Tomahawk steaks; Dry Aged Wing Rib Steak; Dry Aged Fillet Steak; Dry-Aged Ribeye Steak; a selection of Dry Cured Craft Bacon; and Dry Aged Boneless Lamb Rack with Marrow Melt.

Experienced Kettyle Irish Foods butchers led by Ian McKernaghan and Duane Kille are managing the concession and are happy to share their exceptional product knowledge with customers who are looking for help and guidance in their choice of meats.

Kettyle Irish Foods, who specialise in producing superior meats from locally reared traditional suckler bred stock, using their ‘dry ageing’ techniques, recently triumphed again at the Great Taste Awards 2013 with accolades for their Dry Aged Boneless Lamb Rack with Marrow Melt; their Dry Cured Bacon Collar Steaks; 28 day Dry Aged Tomahawk Steak with Truffle infuse; and Guinness Stincotta Osso Bucco.

While at the recent G8 summit held at the 5* Lough Erne Resort in Enniskillen, the hotel's award winning Chef Noel McMeel ensured he served only the finest quality local produce, when he presented word leaders with Roast Fillet and Braised Shin of Kettyle Beef.
