Frontier Beverage has purchased holding company 22 Social Club Productions and its subsidiaries Blue 22 Entertainment and AppQwest as part of its expansion plans for growth of its current and future beverage products.
With this acquisition, the company plans to grow its beverage division and synergy with its newly acquired entertainment content development and mobile applications/social media development subsidiary.
Besides this, the company's current president Ruben Yakubov has stepped down and the company has chosen Christopher Bailey as its new president. It has also appointed William Coogan and Michael Jamison to the board of directors.
Frontier Beverage Company president Christopher Bailey said that the expansion model will focus on launching new Beverage products as they partner with their entertainment and technology subsidiaries for the creation of new entertainment contact for digital and mobile marketing for their drink products.
"The development of our entertainment content will enhance our marketing, advertising and sponsorship promotions through our mobile applications subsidiary which will increase revenues and profits," Bailey added.
Frontier Beverage offers relaxation drinks under Unwind brand, which are available in three flavors - Goji Grape, Citrus Orange and Berry.
